You provide the group and the food & beverages.

We provide the professional potters and all the pottery supplies.
Each person will choose a piece of bisqueware pottery which has been handmade at our studios by professional potters.  Get creative with surface designs and glaze colors.  Examples and guidance are given. 

The next step of this exciting process involves the unique hands-on experience as we fire up the primitive kiln in the backyard and watch the glazes melt.  There will be approximately forty minutes as the kiln reaches maximum temperature.  We will occasionally monitor the kiln and watch the fascinating changes.  This time can also be spent socializing, touring the gallery and watching pottery demonstrations. 

The powerful grand finale is the pulling of the hot, glowing pieces from the kiln, smoking then in a can of combustible material, then cooling and cleaning them.  Pieces can be taken home that night.
