INDIFFERENT TRIUMPH
Childhood memories flood thoughts
for one second.
Emotions are impossible to touch.
Expected hopes of growing to family approval-No.
That did not happen-
Or did it?
Maybe a pause in time
Childhood was enamored and difficult.
Many looked at you, wondering
misunderstanding what you were going to be
or meant to be.
Personality looks strange,
Most turn away.
Doesn't matter,
You grew up.
Look ahead: magnificent!
